When you are investing in property you probably want to use credit a bit differently. Property investors will often want to maximise their borrowing power so that they can purchase they can gain maximum exposure to the property market. Property investors need their loan to be structured correctly to give them greater flexability to extract equity and buy more property or sell some property that they already own.
